Process of booking / payment overview*

Holiday dates are reserved on the return of a 20% booking deposit and our booking contract. The deposit is non-refundable.

On receipt, the reservation is confirmed and will appear in our holiday calendar.

The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday commences. If booking within 8 weeks of start date, full payment must be made. This enables time to re-advertise in the event of a cancellation. See our cancellation policy below.

Payment can be paid via cheque, direct payment or Paypal. A Paypal account is not required. Details will be provided.

Final payment will include a security deposit of 20% to cover any damage, major replacements or additional cleaning required. Once confirmed that this is not required, the security deposit will be returned.

Once the final balance has cleared, keys will be arranged and a welcome pack sent to you.
